CST sessions last between 45 minutes and two hours.

In general, the cost range for a CST session from a registered therapist is $40 to $200.

An initial session with Carol includes diagnostic evaluation, discussion, and CST work.  This will take about 1 1/2 hours and costs $90.

Subsequent sessions with Carol include discussion, wellness consulting, and CST work.  These sessions usually last about 1 hour and cost $70 each.
